AM-SDG Medium 45 % and AM-SDG Medium 90 % is a ready to use two layer gradient system designed for separating human sperm using density gradient centrifugation. The AM-SDG media system is suitable for semen preparation for Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI), In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), and IntraCytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI).
